(Credit: Vittorio Zunino Celotto/Getty Images) Many an empire have crashed on the shores of frustration in the Land of Canaan, and Justin Bieber is proving to be no exception. Upon arrival, Bieber’s expectations were modest, writing on Twitter: “I just want to have the same personal experience that others have here.” However, when you are the world’s single biggest teen-pop sensation, that is apparently as over-eager and far-fetched a desire as Richard the Lionheart’s Third Crusade. LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Justin Bieber is not getting much spiritual peace on his eagerly anticipated visit to Israel. The Canadian teen idol bitterly complained on Tuesday that paparazzi had ruined his visits to holy sites, saying on Twitter that he was “super frustrated” by the intrusions. His mood was not helped by a newspaper report that a proposed meeting with Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu fell through after the singer allegedly refused to meet with invited children from a region affected by enemy rockets. Bieber’s camp denied that he had snubbed the youngsters...

Justin Bieber had an awful experience in Israel, as he was plagued with cancellations and nosy paparazzi. Bieber was recently invited to Israel to meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to take a tour of Tel Aviv before his concert the following night. Realizing the opportunity, Netanyahu’s advisors invited several children that have been affected by the Gaza rocket fire to come to the meeting and meet Justin. Justin does not appear to have been happy with this decision, as he wanted to have a peaceful walk-through of a holy place. The singer refused to meet with the children, and Netanyahu...
